Return Policy

·      All returns must include original receipt and be made within sixty (60) days of delivery.

·      Items must be in resalable condition. Items that have been washed, worn or installed are not eligible. Any items received back that are found to have been installed, altered or damaged will be returned to you at your expense or disposed of with email confirmation from purchaser.

·      Custom and personalized items are not returnable.

·      Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

·      All returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form. Please contact us if one was not included in your shipment.

·      Please note, some items have a restock fee as noted on the page where ordered.

Return Authorization

·      Please contact us via email customerCare@corvettestore.com or phone (270-777-4555) to obtain your return authorization. Please include your name, address, order number, items and the reason for your return or exchange when contacting us.

·      All returns must include the completed Return Authorization Form. Please contact us if one was not included in your shipment.

 

Refunds

·      All authorized and accepted refunds for items returned will be issued in the form of a credit to the original payment method. 

·      We do not refund freight or shipping charges on returns or exchanges. 

·      Items that have already been worn, installed, or used are not eligible for return or exchange.

Cancellations

·      We are happy to accept cancellations for a full refund on any item that has not yet been processed or shipped. Because we process most orders within one business day, the window for order modification or cancellation is limited. If you need to update or cancel your order please contact us by phone (270-777-4555) or email (customerCare@corvettestore.com) as soon as possible to see if modifications can be made. If your order or the specific items are unable to be modified, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer should you choose to return or exchange the items.

 

Damaged Shipments

·      Damage claims may not be submitted after installation or use

·      Please note that photos are required for all damage and defect claims, order shortages, & claims of incorrect items. If all or part of your order is damaged upon delivery, please immediately take a photo and email it to customerCare@corvettestore.com

 

Incorrect Merchandise

·      In cases where the incorrect item or merchandise has been received, please reach out to us with images of the inaccurately received product within 30 days from the delivery date of your purchase.

 

Orders RTS

·      The Corvette Store is not responsible for shipping charges that may be incurred if an incorrect address is provided. Be sure to enter the correct address when placing your order and confirm when you receive your order confirmation

 

Disclaimer

International Orders

 

·      The Corvette Store ships all over the world. Shipping fees are quoted at check-out.

·      Customs, duty, taxes and import fees are the responsibility of the buyer..

·      Some items are not eligible for international shipping and will be noted on the product page.

·      Due to the increased cost of International Shipping we can't offer multiple shipments on orders placed outside the United States.  All orders must be sent completed in their entirety; this may cause an increased waiting time.  Please contact us via email at customerCare@corvettestore.comto discuss any concerns - we're happy to help! 

·      Our return and exchange policy is applicable to orders shipped to addresses in the United States. No returns or exchanges are available for international orders, so please be sure your order is correct prior to purchasing.

 

Holiday Gift Returns and Exchanges Only:

·      We understand that many customers place orders in advance for holiday gifts. While we make every effort to accommodate returns and exchanges, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for holiday items after January 14. 

 

Shipping

·      All items will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage unless otherwise requested.

·      Many carriers require a physical street address; they will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

·      All freight charges are the customer’s responsibility.

·      Please note, some items are not available for expedited shipping as noted on the product page.

·      All Items shipped on Friday Next Day Air will be delivered on the following Monday.

·      If an item is custom order or on back order, it will ship with the selected shipping service as soon as it is ready.
