"Harley's Beach House" Giclee print by Dana Forrester

"In Harley's Beach House I used another 1963 Corvette as a subject. Friend and auction owner Dana Mecum commissioned the painting since he currently owns the 1963 Harley Earl Concept car. Dana wanted me to research the Ft. Lauderdale Beach House that Harley owned in the 1960's. Since I couldn't find enough published photos to satisfy my research, I took my own photos of the house while in the area last April. The trim colors of the house in the '60's make it appear period correct. I've always considered that Concept Car one of the most significant Corvettes in history." - Dana Forrester
